DROP-IN CLASS   70 euros  / hour

All the programs can be paid in several instalments (Paypal payment before first lesson – no refund). The course schedule and monthly payment will be defined together before the first lesson).

Each program includes different working modules. There are 11 specific modules, most of them from level 1 to level 3. At first, we’ll chat together in order to know your goals, your expectations, eventual injuries and the specific points you want to work on. 

All lessons last 1 hour, except the Check-up  module which lasts 1 hour 30 minutes.

Description of the different modules

Check-up module (1h30)

Introduction lesson in order to get the warm-up keys before a backbend training and to understand your strengths and weaknesses. We’ll work on exercices to identify links between articular mobility and muscular flexibility.

Middle back flexibility module

(Levels 1, 2, 3)

In this class we’ll focus on the middle and upper back flexibility and its link to the shoulders. We’ll work on thoracic opening and how to release tensions thanks to the breathing control.

Lower back flexibility module

(Levels 1, 2, 3)

In this class we’ll focus on the lombar area flexibility and its link to the upper back, hips and legs.


 

Shoulders module

(Levels 1, 2, 3)

In this class we’ll focus on shoulders opening. They are a key element to back flexibility. Giving them amplitude while preserving them will facilitate your postures.

Hip Flexors module

(Levels 1, 2, 3)

In this class we’ll work on the hip flexors flexibility. Understand their link with the lower back and their interest in the backbend trainings will make you gain amplitude and more secure placements.

Neck module

(Levels 1, 2, 3)

In this Intensive class, we’ll work on exercices to gain mobility in the cervical area and how to use the spine in the contortionists way.

 

Wheel pose & variations module

(Levels 1, 2, 3)

Essential posture in backbend work and contortion, wheel pose and its variations will offer you more deeper flexibility in the whole spine, from the neck to the lombar area.

Inverted Backbend module

(Levels 1, 2, 3)

Both aesthetic and physical, handstands and elbowstands on the wall or on the pole allow to work on a different and a very effective way, by engaging strength and focusing on placement.


 

Backbend poses module

(Levels 1, 2, 3)

In this class we’ll focus on yoga and contortion postures. Most of them require a very good flexibility and body consciousness. Our goal will be to work in order to make them as perfect and aesthetic as possible.


 

Backbend & splits module

(Levels 1, 2, 3)

One of the backbend goal is to associate it with legs flexibility and splits. In this Extreme and Expert module, we’ll focus on lunges and postures as needle split, in order to improve your pole tricks.


 

Contortion module

(Levels 1, 2)

Specific work on postures inherited from contortion such as cheststands and chinstands.

*Session 1  Mobility Diagnosis. Discover its strengths and weaknesses, test its amplitude and identify the work axes. At the end of the interview and the mobility diagnosis, we customize and adapt the program entirely according to your profile.

*Session 2  :  High back mobility (shoulder blades, shoulders, neck) Understand the mechanics of the upper part of the back to feel its blockages and work to release them.

*Session 3  Low back mobility (lumbar, pelvis, psoas) Understand the low back mechanics to feel the blockages and work to release them.

*Session 4  : Look for the length in your body, lengthen to stretch, how to find the amplitude.

*Session 5  Strike a balance between active and passive flexibility. Strengthen and relax, a precious harmony. Control and release through breathing and body awareness.

*Session 8  : Back & Arms amplitude

*Session 9  : The Soul's MuscleThe back in connection with the lower body and the legs. Release the psoas.

*Session 10  Strike a balance between active and passive flexibility. Strengthen and relax, a precious harmony. Control and release through breathing and body awareness.
