The Get Bendy websites are intended to provide and commercialise:
- Online flexibility and mobility classes, live and on replay, by
subscription or pay-per-class;
- IMPACT, a professional instructor certification programme, delivered
through Circle, Notion, and Vimeo platforms;
- An affiliation programme granting partner studios a licence to use
the Get Bendy brand and methodology.
The publisher endeavours to provide information as accurate as possible
but cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. All information is

The trademarks "Get Bendy Gain Flexibility" and "Get Bendy" have been
registered with the French National Industrial Property Institute (INPI),
held by Sylvie PONT:

▸ Get Bendy — trademark filed in 2026, currently under examination by INPI
The trademarks are exploited by GET BENDY! LLP and GetBendy ! SLU in the
provision of their respective services.
All content of the websites (texts, images, logos, icons, videos, teaching
methods, pedagogical programme structures, software) is protected by
copyright and intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without
prior written authorisation from the publishers is strictly prohibited
and subject to legal action.

The websites may contain links to third-party websites. The publishers
cannot be held responsible for the content of such external websites.
